Meditation in the Library ~ May 3rd and May 10th, 4-5pm

The Library is partnering with the UCSB Wellness Program to bring you two sessions of  Mindfulness Meditation practice.

Free to all UCSB students.  Just bring yourself and enjoy the opportunity to relax, bliss out, and  improve your physical and mental health.

Please join us in the East Asian Periodicals Room on the 5th floor of Davidson Library
