New Database: Index Islamicus

Posted by UCSB Libraries on January 9, 2007

We have recently added Index Islamicus to our list of research databases. It is produced by an editorial team working at the School of Oriental and African Studies in London.

This database indexes nearly 100 years of research on the world of Islam and includes journals, monographs, and conference proceedings. The scope covers literature about Islam, the Middle East, Muslim areas of Asia and Africa, as well as Muslim minorities in other countries. Some full-text may be available through the UC-eLinks button.
